Silvertone



The Silvertone phonograph was manufactured by the Lepage Communion Cup Company at their factory located at 2382 Dundas St. W., Toronto. By 1924 they were named Le Page Manufacturing Co. (See Operaphone page for another phonograph advertised by Lepage Communion Cup Company).

Canadian Furniture World and the Undertaker, February 1921, p. 35: "The LePage Co., Toronto, displayed and demonstrated their "Silvertone" baby grand phonographs in period designs. These machines are equipped with the latest innovations in music machines."

Canadian Furniture World and the Undertaker, February 1922, p. 33: "Toronto Furniture Manufacturers Exhibition - The LePage Communion Cup Co. showed and demonstrated several of their "Silvertone" phonographs, which, in various period designs, caused much interest."
