The incorporators are: Ricardo Lefebvre, manufacturer; Gustave Durand. advocate; Amanda Clermont, clerk; J -Emanuel Gagne, physician, and Orphyre Lefebvre, painter, of Montreal."

The phonographs manufactured by this company appear in advertisements with several variant names: Ricordo, Ricardo, Ricordola and Ricardola.
