The Osborne Phonograph Co. commenced operation in 1917 at 739 Broadview Ave. in Toronto.

Talking Machine World, July 1919, p. 143. "A newcomer in music trade circles here is H. B. Foreman, who has bought the business of the Osborne Phonograph Co., opened over two years ago by F. H. Osborne, on Broadview Avenue."
